The government shutdown is now at 33 days.
President Donald Trump and congressional Democrats have not been able to come to an agreement.
Indiana Senator Mike Braun stopped by Daybreak Wednesday to discuss the shutdown and how long he sees the partial government shutdown lasting.
Braun also talked about his first bill in Congress, which would keep congressional members from recieving a paycheck during the shutdown.
